Whew. It has been quite a long time since I posted. Here's a quick rundown of what's been going on...
1. I got a full-time teaching job in Special Education.
Wow....that sounded like a lot more in my head, and it certainly felt like more as I was living through it day by day. I am now on summer vacation and can hopefully focus on some "me" activities over the next few weeks. I will be posting about my musings with food very shortly.
I'm back!
